Welcome Ross and Ben!!!!

Two weekends ago Ross Sherrod and Ben Scoggan attended their CrossFit Level One certification. Last week they got their results back and both pass the test and now are Level One certified. Congratulations to the both of you and we welcome you both to the team. We are very excited to have these guys apart of the team. They both work extremely hard and we be great coaches.
