Friday June 17th starts the South Central Regional

The best Crossfitter’s and CrossFit Boxes from Texas, Mississippi, and Lousiana will compete to see who will go on to the CrossFit Games in July.

Make sure to come out and watch the Fittest people in our region battle it out for a 3 day competition.

Due to this competition CFPB will be closed Fri June 17th – Sun June 19th.
