Fight Gone Bad 5

If you are interested in participating in Fight Gone Bad this year, malady we will be going to Bayou City CrossFit.

When: Sept, order 25th, patient 2010

Where: Bayou City CrossFit (Ella and 610)

Time: Event starts @ 9:00

Anyone interested please send an email with you gender, full name, if your standard or scaled for the workout. Be sure to send email by Sept, 23rd to be able to attend the event.

Anyone going we will be meeting at our box around 7:00 AM and leaving no later than 7:30 AM so please be on time. There is not alot of parking so we will be car pooling with everyone so the bigger the vehicle the better. If you have anyone questions please feel free to ask. Hope to see everyone there.
