Michael Baylor & Ross Sherrod take 3rd place!!!

This past weekend our very own Michael Baylor and Ross Sherrod took on the two person team first ever PRX Max Effort Invitational… Our boys took on the test of finding 1RM on Strict Press, Back Squat, Bench Press, Clean, & Deadlift. Our boys PR almost every lift, and end the end finished 3rd overall in the 400lbs division. Very proud of these guys, there hard work payed off when it was time to shine… Great job fellas and keep up the good work… I would also like to thank everyone that showed up to support our boys they couldn’t have done there best without all of you screaming and yelling at them…
