Matthew Jurik of the MWF 4:45PM class at 39 years old has achieved his goals in just 105 days! His hard work and determination has paid off. Matt’s transformation is pretty incredible he managed a 37 lbs weight loss, 9.5% body fat loss, and an outstanding 9 inches on his waist.
