B: Power Clean (6×1)

C: Thruster (1, more about 2, no rx 3, price 4…..10)
Do 1 thruster then drop bar, do 2 thrusters then drop, do 3 thrusters then drop…so on until you reach 10 thrusters. rest as needed so that each set is done UNBROKEN!!
