OnlineFIT program provides something for everyone. Whether you have gym access or workout at home; no matter your gender, age, experience level or goals, if you follow the OnlineFIT program, you’ll be on your way to the best shape of your life. OnlineFIT workouts are programmed once per week, allowing access to 4 different workouts to choose from every single day.
CrossFIT is our main strength building class, with a traditional metcon piece! Our CrossFit programming is challenging, and will test you. Every day will be different than the day before and will include lots of strength and accessory work.
CardioFIT is our high-intensity class, No Barbells! These workouts include lots of conditioning, lighter weights, core work, and an emphasis on getting leaner and toned versus stronger.
BodyFIT is our Zero Equipment needed program. These workouts are nothing like the other bodyweight workouts you see. These are fun, exciting workouts to get it in for the day without needing anything, but your own body and self discipline!
BroFIT is our newest addition to OnlineFIT. These workouts are built off old school Bodybuilding style. These workouts include lots of supersets, low rest between sets, grunt work, and an emphasis on getting BIG, STRONG, & JACKED. BRING ON THE GAINZ!!!
